Not quite. Per the State of Arizona liquor law, each guest will receive 3 complimentary drink tickets that are valid from 9 PM - 10 PM

The entrance to the event is located at the main entrance to the hotel lobby.
What time does the bash take place?
Doors will be open from 9pm to 2am.
I’m driving. Where do I park my ride?
Valet parking is available at The Saguaro. Limited convenient and security patrolled 24-hour parking lot is available at The Saguaro and nearby lots. Parking is complimentary for overnight hotel guests.

Sorry party people, absolutely no refunds and/or exchanges are not allowed after a ticket is purchased.
Where’s the box office? When can I pick-up my tickets?
Confetti Ball’s Box Office is located at the entrance to Hotel Valley Ho.

How can I get my receipt and tickets re-emailed to me?
Log in by clicking the LOGIN link at the top of any Ticketvibe page, or if you are already logged in click on your first name at the top of the page. From there on the My Account page you'll select "My Orders" to view your upcoming event tickets and re-send your receipt/tickets. If you are having trouble logging in, see the next question below.
What should I do if unable to log in to my account?
If you did not enter a password to make your purchase, or have forgotten it, you can reset it by clicking LOGIN at the top of any Ticketvibe page, and then clicking the "Forgot your password?" link. From there, follow the directions to receive a password reset email.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. You are welcome to print your e-ticket(s) but you are also welcome to show the ticket(s) on your mobile device.
The artist(s) or performer(s) who I was coming to see cancelled. Can I have a ticket refund?
Ticket is for Confetti Ball, not for a specific artist/performer. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist/performer cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.
“Management” means Riqueza, Inc. and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket for a price higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management’s use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.
